If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly exchange the item for another of equal value less a 15% restocking fee excluding shipping and handling charges within 2 weeks from the time the package arrives to the delivery destination. All returns must be sealed and unopened include all original packaging, paperwork and cartons for a complete exchange. All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price.

All special orders are non-refundable. All orders for multiple items (ie: 2 or more) are considered special orders and are non-refundable. All parts are final sale including all software. All accessory sales are final. Order Cancellations

Your order cannot be cancelled online or via e-mail. To cancel any order, please call us at (888) 656-2475 between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday. You may cancel any order that has not initiated the shipping process. Please note, that any order shipped before cancellation will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

Defective media may be returned in exchange for the same item. Non-defective media that has been opened cannot be returned.

Accessories: All accessory sales are final. This includes all styluses, cartridges, cleaners, lubricants, vinyls, crossfaders, input faders, toggle switches, power supplies.

Defective Merchandise

Upon inspection and verification of a manufacturer's defect will gladly replace the defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping to the customer. Of course, our 2-week return policy stands behind this and every purchases.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact customer service at (888) 656-2475 to determine the cause. Sometimes multiple items are shipped separately or you may have inadvertently left an item out of your original order, in which case you may place another order. If did leave out an item, we will send it to you at no additional shipping charge.

Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact customer service immediately at (888) 656-2475. If the mistake is ours, you will not be charged shipping for returning the wrong item or additional for receiving the correct item. Wrong items must be reported immediately, no later than three days after receiving the package .We are sorry, but if you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you will have to pay all shipping charges associated with returning the item and ordering another and you are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Inventory Availability

In cases where items are not available from our manufacturers as promised, we give you the ability to "pre-order" the new item before anyone else can! As soon as the items are available from our manufacturer, we will immediately ship them to you. Some items are allocated, which means that only a limited number of pieces will be shipped regardless of the amount of orders received. We ship on a first-come-first-served basis. Your order will be shipped based on the order it was received.

Note: We never charge your credit card until your items are ready to ship.

Damaged Shipments

Upon inspection and verification that an item was damaged in shipping, will gladly replace the damaged merchandise at no additional shipping charge. Shipping back to customer is ground only unless customer is willing to pay otherwise. Damaged shipments must be reported immediately and all original packages must be kept for inspection.
